The hotel was really outstanding. The personal was friendly and helpful. It was the perfect stay with kids. The small playroom kept them busy and they loved the pool. The breakfast was amazing with lots of choices for big and small. The city center was reachable 10 min by foot or with the train. Was really a great stay. I can only recommend it.

I liked the location of the hotel. The cleanliness of the rooms, the friendliness of the staff and their approach to us, understanding of our wishes for a comfortable stay. The presence of a spa and a swimming pool is a big plus, especially if you want to spend time usefully and relaxed. Thank you for a pleasant time.

The location is great if you want to go to the science museum. It is in a short walking distance. there are nice restaurants around the hotel. The beds are comfortable. The bathroom is on the small size for 3 persons.
The way that the person at the reception communicated during our check in. It seems that the systems of booking and the hotel are not good coordinated so this cause a confusion in our booking and payment options. This issue was communicated in a way that it seemed it was our fault. Later on, we spoke to another person and he explained the situation and apologies for this coworkers which was very well appreciated.
