Advertised A/C in rooms did not work well. We had two rooms, neither would drop below about 23 C. It was a hot summer and we selected this hotel based on claimed A/C.

Comfy firm mattress. It was clean and the breakfast was great with lots of choice. Parking by the hotel is convenient.
The bathroom is a bit small and the toilet stands separately but it is ok overall. The city center is about 15 minute walk from the place.

I've stayed at the hotel before and returned because of the excellent overall quality.
-The breakfast is exceptional
-The hotel staff are friendly and helpful
-The location is convenient to many forms of transportation and the center of the city.
-The gym and exercise facilities are well maintained
More exercise equipment in the gym perhaps. The gym is clean and usable but only adequate in terms of equipment.

I booked a premium room. They gave a room in basement floor. The window was near to the ceeling???They changed the room after we requested. Thanks for that but I never saw a basement room in any hotel in Europe and north america. The room, pool, breakfast and staff were great.
Wifi didn’t work. They charge 150 euros for quarantee? during check in and cancel it during check out. This was weird:) Never saw that before. I guess I will not stay at any novotel again.

Amazing breakfast with all sorts of items. Comfortable room and nice hard bed. Friendly staff. Overall, a very pleasant hotel. Quiet location.
Pillows not for everyone’s taste but overall ok. 20 min walk to city center with some elevation.

Nothing, horrible and misleading staff front management
horrible and misleading staff front disk say things and management say otherwise. They charged me full two night where i had left the hotel and didnt stay in the room Must avoid. My experience with Novotel München was extremely disappointing.
After checking in, I discovered that the room had no air conditioning and the bed sheet was torn. I immediately raised this with the staff and informed them that I wanted to cancel my booking. They agreed that I could check out right away and assured me that a full refund would be processed.
However, after I left the room, they declined the refund request through Booking.com. Had I cancelled on my own, I would have at least received a refund for the second night. Instead, I followed their guidance and was promised a full refund, only for it to be denied afterward—leaving me unable to claim anything.
This was a very unprofessional and misleading way to treat a customer.

Good location. Room is big enough for 4 of us. Breakfast and restaurant are great.
The beds are not comfortable, kind of hard. The separated toilet should have had a tiny wash basin inside. Our room is located above the garbage area of the hotel so it was so noisy around 4am when the staff came to do stuff there.
