Nothing, horrible and misleading staff front management
horrible and misleading staff front disk say things and management say otherwise. They charged me full two night where i had left the hotel and didnt stay in the room Must avoid. My experience with Novotel München was extremely disappointing.
After checking in, I discovered that the room had no air conditioning and the bed sheet was torn. I immediately raised this with the staff and informed them that I wanted to cancel my booking. They agreed that I could check out right away and assured me that a full refund would be processed.
However, after I left the room, they declined the refund request through Booking.com. Had I cancelled on my own, I would have at least received a refund for the second night. Instead, I followed their guidance and was promised a full refund, only for it to be denied afterward—leaving me unable to claim anything.
This was a very unprofessional and misleading way to treat a customer.

Good location. Room is big enough for 4 of us. Breakfast and restaurant are great.
The beds are not comfortable, kind of hard. The separated toilet should have had a tiny wash basin inside. Our room is located above the garbage area of the hotel so it was so noisy around 4am when the staff came to do stuff there.

A room was a bit too small for 4 people. Also some amenities wold have been nice like slippers or toiletries. Also there was no mini bar.

Hotel is located in a very quiet and calm area, eventhough its very close to city center. We stayed with 7 years old child, Our stay was extremely pleasant and comfortable. We enjoyed using the pool, and my son spent a lot of time in the playroom. The breakfast was also very good. Overall, we had a relaxing and enjoyable experience.

Very good breakfast, good quality and great selection. The room was quiet and comfortable. Nice to have a pool and sauna on site. The location was good. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Great location, good breakfast!
The beds and bedding were very uncomfortable. Linen was scratchy and the pillows were small and hard- we didn’t sleep well at night. The airconditioning could not be adjusted (the room was hot) and we couldn’t open the window for cool air as it was locked.

The location of the hotel is quite good.
We had a family room, and the layout of the room was terrible and super uncomfortable. We had an extra bed for a child, so we could barely walk between the beds. They even had to remove the chair, so we had a table that we could not use.
The phone in the room did not work. The door to the next room was open, and surprisingly, we were visited by the people staying there.
SPA is just a small, overcrowded pool, where you cannot swim due to its size.
The carpet in the corridors looks like it should have been changed years ago,
