Amazing breakfast selection. Staffs were all very kind and helpful. Food at the restaurant was also nice. Even the kid menu !
Not thing bad! The only thing we find it interesting is the connections between elevators and rooms, we felt a bit in the maze - coming out always from a different elevator ;)

Wonderful
Very close to Deutsches Museum. Easy access to Isar river. On one end of tourist area. Has nice walking paths nearby. Great restaurants in area. Pool was descent. Carpet was older, but very clean room.
We liked it overall. No major issues at all. No direct subway access. About 45 minute walk from train station (though the walk is very nice, through major tourism areas). A good location for young travellers but older travellers would need to arrange transportation if arriving by train. Could probably take tram or subway part of the way. Pillows were slightly hard. Pool was kinda cold. But these are very very minor. Overall, we liked our stay.

Very Good
i like the location of the hotel and the friendly staff in the reception
I have small remark: one regarding the pillow, it was not comfortable at all. the WC was separated without bidet and wash basin which made the washing after using the WC complicated also, the ac wasn't cooling well and that is why i had to open the window.

Disappointing
While I was in my room, a cleaner opened the door without regard for the fact that I was naked; I was completely taken aback... I was shocked by the situation. I was furious; I had expected reliable service from Novotel, but I viewed that incident as an invasion of privacy... I had checked in at 12:00 PM, yet an hour later, my room door was opened.
