I wish I could give 11/10 here. This hotel is absolutely stunning. It is decorated nicely and modernly. Seems like a new facility, too. The location is only 7-8 min walk from S-bahn station with no inclines. There are a few restaurants nearby, although you might wanna go to the city center instead (it is only 4 stops away with S-bahn).
The room was huge and had it all: a minibar (everything in the minibar is free by the way), a water boiler, plenty of storage area, a great bathroom, very comfy bed, even an iron of its own. I had my room on 6th floor, so it was also overseeing the BMW Museum and Olimpia-turm from afar, but of course lower floors won't be the same.
Breakfast was very very good (very close to "amazing"). International breakfast with a lot of varieties.
They also didn't harrass me into checking out the minute the clock hits 12 pm. I was down 15-20 minutes late, but they were OK with it, which is another plus if you ask me. Most of the hotels are not that respectful.
An absolutely no-brainer to choose this hotel, if you have the budget for it. It has it all...
Free Wi-Fi was horrible on 6th floor, but the staff immediately compensated for it. No harm done.
Price is on the expensive side. But this is München, an expensive city, and also the hotel is way too good. A man can only wish to have better prices for this quality. I hope they keep up this quality a long time, because I will definitely be coming back.

Friendly staff and good facility. 2 stations away from Munich HBF. Quiet area and there is a grocery nearby. Good location.
Arrived late night during winter and quite confuse how to exit the station to go to the hotel. It’s around 5 minutes walk but during winter and with our luggages we struggled. Bottomline, it is still manageable and overall experience was very good.
