Location and quietness. Room 208 was a good size. Bed very comfortable
Shower waste was blocked so shower tray overflowed. Also Reception staff in the lobby not terribly jolly.

Great location, right next to the Hauptbahnhof. Friendly welcome and all staff were so helpful and polite - available all the time. Cozy bar area to sit in the evening. Room very clean, large, and comfortable. Easy check in and check out, online.

Rooms space is good and clean
- We booked premium room and they gave us family room with 3 beds as premium room was not available ( 2 guests only ).
- Room was too hot to the extent you don’t feel comfortable while sleeping ( AC cooling was restricted ).
- Train noise was too annoying until 2 AM.
- Parking is 4 min walking distance.

Great location next to HBF and a short walk distance to the old town, very convenient. Spacious, bright room with modern decor. Complimentary capsule coffee and bottled mineral water daily.
A load-bearing pillar right in the center of the room ruins the open feeling. The tram stop is just outside the hotel, and early morning trams can disturb sleep.
