The bathroom was large and comfortable.
The room had a lot of space such as a large and a small table and space by the windows.
The body lotion was excellent.
There was a selection of pillows to choose from.
The curtain could close completely and light did not come through.
The coffee machine was not dust free.
The shower was inconvenient since it was placed at the end of the bathtub.
The space in the hanger was barely enough for jackets and clothes.
The toilet brush had not been changed in a while.

Superb in everything! Good location, it is located in front of the main station and can access to the metro just right at front door of the hotel! Excellent breakfast, variety of foods you can enjoy and mix & match. There’s a heated towel rack in the bathroom which is a good things for this hotel too!.

Hotel is central for Munich city centre and all transport links.
Breakfast was wonderful and staff friendly throughout our stay.
Fire alarm went off at 8am, no proper evacuation procedure and no staff told us what was happening over 30 minutes.
If it had been a real fire people would have died.

We were told we would get 50% off parking in the parking garage close to us, I got the ticket validated for the discount and was still charged €40 for an overnight stay!

Clean comfortable rooms of adequate size. Hotel is very conveniently located next to HBF central station with easy access to all forms of transport. Staff very friendly and helpful. Very good buffet breakfast

The room is very elegant and comfortable, with a modern design. The breakfast is very good, served in a beautiful restaurant. The location is good, close to the historic town center.
The TV in the room is not smart, and it is not possível to pair a device.
The location is good, just across the street from the train station. However, the view is not nice.
