The location is great, steps away from the main train station which connects you to major cities and the subway within the area.

there's a scent machine in the lobby, it's really disturbing for breathing and made my eyes red from its scent. i asked the staff at the reception to turn it off but they refused.

I loved the selection of healthy and yummy treats. There was also the extremely friendly welcome by the staff every morning.
Coffee delivery to the table would be great for those of us short on time! Same thing for omelette orders. :-)

This hotel is across the road from the main train station so we didn't have to drag our bags too far. Check in was easy and the staff were very polite. The hotel is about a 15 minute walk from Marienplatz and it is an enjoyable walk through Munich. The area out the front of the hotel was always busy with people, but we didn't hear a thing from our rooms.
The room we had was a bit small and we struggled to fit our suitcases in. One suitcase fitted fine, but we had to climb over the other one to get to the far side of the bed. Not a big issue and wouldn't stop me from staying there again.

I like the location as it near the train station and a few minutes walk to the center, the bed was comfortable and thankfully the windows can be opened to allow cold air to enter the room .
The heater always one which doesn’t allow the room to cool down , the noise outside is too loud though I was in the top floor

The breakfast was alright. Standard offerings but not worth the cost per person.
We had two rooms for three night and one room for two nights (total of 8 nights booking). The cost was significantly higher than normal due to it being a holiday weekend as expected. The cleanliness of the hotel was not up to NH standard and cost. One room had stained sheets that we had to request be changed. My room, we noticed there was urine on the bathroom floor and a coffee cup was half full with cold coffee. The front desk replaced the coffee cups but did not remove the dirty cups and we had to ask twice to get the bathroom cleaned. The hotel offered to change rooms for us at 11pm but we told them it should have been cleaned prior to our arrival. I did receive an email the next day saying they could change our room but we were already sightseeing and not sitting around for an email received at 11am.
Another major issue was we tried to watch TV. Unfortunately, we learned from the front desk the TV would be down for our entire stay at the property as they could not get someone to fix it during the holiday weekend. This is absolutely ridiculous if they are charging us for the stay at higher prices due to the holiday.
No one from the hotel cared - no offers to truly fix the issues, discount, drink at the hotel, etc... just an empty excuse.

We had a high floor room with a great view of the city. The breakfast was amazing as usual - great German breakfast and the famous weißwurst Munich is known for. And the gym was really nice - plenty of equipment for us to use.
No issues - the hotel was great and the location is perfect for access to the Hauptbahnhof (train station) and to walk into downtown Munich. Perfect location!

Location location location. Right next to Munich Hauptbahnhof and walking distance from most major attractions and also easy access by public transport. Great options for food and shopping around the location
Booked a King size bed and prepaid three months in advance. They “Upgraded “ us to a twin queen bed room on the first floor facing the station for which we were made to wait till 3 pm !!! Why would I prepay for a King bed so much in advance if I was happy with Queen bed ? Since we were leaving early the next morning I didn’t make a fuss …Appalling from NH. Never had this experience at an NH hotel earlier. The bathroom had a peculiar smell for a few hours before it settled down.

The location is outstanding, right next to the central station with all transport options within 2 minutes, and the old town a 15–20 minute walk away. Although the area attracts homeless people, police patrols are frequent and we felt safe at all times.
Rooms are spacious, well laid out, and very quiet despite facing the station, thanks to excellent soundproofing. The bed was very comfortable, climate control and storage were perfect, and amenities were sufficient for a long stay.
Cleanliness during the stay was inconsistent. While the room was spotless at check-in, we experienced ongoing shower drainage issues, cups and glasses not replaced, occasional worn towels, and limited thorough cleaning over our stay. Common areas were clean and well maintained.
Staff were polite but not proactive, often offering explanations rather than solutions. Compensation for issues (TV outage for several days and housekeeping problems) was only offered when requested.
Breakfast offered good variety and met 4-star expectations without standing out. Gym and Wi-Fi were reliable and well maintained.
