Lovely restaurant and breakfast
Booked a Premium double with a view. For a “premium” room, it was quite small, view was interrupted by lots of cranes and one of the bedroom windows had a crack in it.
Housekeeping didn’t replace tea and milk after our first night.

Clean and comfy bed with perfect location.
The central station is just a few steps away. Absolutely recommended.

Location was perfect. Extremely central to City centre and the subway.
The gentleman at the front desk was really disinterested in assisting us with an early check in despite pleading with him as we had traveled over 20 hours and were extremely exhausted.
He did not care at all, and we are returning customers.
It truly left a bad taste .
Further , we had requested a few items which were short in the room and many hours later still had not recieved the items.
Claudia ended up assisting with an early check in and was incredibly helpful.

The staff at morning let me early check in
Broken shower, loud water coming from upper rooms.
Ignored at reception, unable to eat and or order room service.
Tried to speak with receptionist which spoke 0 english and did not solve my issue’s.
At morning i spoke with another lady employed at the facility, she was kind but couldn’t help me.
I will fight back with my bank to have my money back, €278 and 0 service and a broken room.
I also have videos and will likely post them and report to police the issue.
Really unpleasant that also from higher managment has not reached me out yet.
Stay away from this, not worth the money and your time.

I stayed for the second time in NH Munchen. The hotel offers excellent conditions in terms of location and rooms which are spacious, clean, and comfortable . Breakfast is very varied, and substantial. The staff is very helpful, friendly.
