Clean comfortable rooms of adequate size. Hotel is very conveniently located next to HBF central station with easy access to all forms of transport. Staff very friendly and helpful. Very good buffet breakfast
Nothing particularly to dislike. Lifts can be a little busy at breakfast time.

The room is very elegant and comfortable, with a modern design. The breakfast is very good, served in a beautiful restaurant. The location is good, close to the historic town center.
The TV in the room is not smart, and it is not possível to pair a device. The location is good, just across the street from the train station. However, the view is not nice.

The location in the heart of the city, right at the train station & hop-on-hop-off origin. The room was cozy.
The room service menu needs additions. The restaurant wasn’t operating in the evening (9pm).

It’s a beautiful space with an excellent location. The breakfast was amazing!! The girls there were friendly and most helpful. Mohanad Basham went out of his way to make our stay exceptional. He suggested sights and tours and restaurants every day. He was always friendly and engaging when we passed through the lobby.

We reached at 12 noon and Staff had rooms for early checkin but wanted us to pay more to give the room an hour earlier , very rude by the trainee staff .. made us wait till 2 and waste our time and then only give us the room

Location just opposite Munich central station. And is walkable to nearby attractions and etc. the gym is pretty good.
I booked a premium room with 27m square. However, I felt being shortchanged..the room seems smaller than 27m square.
