Very Poor
Nothing. In short, despite multiple promises, my stay was plagued by an uncomfortable bed, lack of air conditioning, constant noise, and unfulfilled commitments, resulting in a thoroughly unsatisfactory experience.
Our stay was a deeply disappointing experience. The mattress in our room was completely substandard—soft, sagging, and uneven—making it impossible to sleep. I reported this immediately, and although I was promised a room change, it never happened. Each time I checked, I was told to wait until the next time, but no room became available. Eventually, they promised to change the mattress, but that never happened either. On top of that, the room had no air conditioning (no split unit), and we had to keep the window open due to the heat and stuffiness. This meant lots of noise from outside. The rooms were not soundproof, so we could hear everything—cleaning staff in the hallway, and the guests upstairs getting ready in the morning. Overall, a truly terrible experience and far below any reasonable standard.

The location is great. Close to the Underground U1 line Maillingerstraße, which was just 500 meters away. The hotel room was modern and pleasant. Nice cozy balcony on the 1st floor, not much of a view, but the balcony area looks chic. The private parking space underground is great and saved us the headache of parking at the hotel. The staff were kind and very helpful. Danke!

The location was convenient for our trip.
Disappointed by the lack of cleanliness in this hotel. - Mold Issues: There was significant black mold and grime on the showerhead, the shower hose, and even on the ceiling/walls of the room. - Lack of Maintenance: The walls and doors were stained and dirty, showing a complete lack of basic upkeep. - Health Concerns: I experienced skin irritation and itching during my stay, which made it impossible to sleep comfortably.

Parking 15 euros per night. Feel free to find the place in the neighborhood - it is free at night (23-9).

Breakfast was very nice. Fresh orange juice, English breakfast, fresh fruits (pineapple, melon), Wiener and Weisswurst! They had a sauna, you can ask them to turn it on, takes 15 minute, free of charge, facilities look very clean, I enjoyed that a lot. Price for that value was also super good
Nothing to complain! Maybe the mattress was too soft for me but that's a me problem And the nearest station is slightly less convenient than other areas but that really is nitpicking

the New Orly was magnificent very polite always elful thay did beyond and above to help us and make us feel at home away from home Thank you Yana', Stephan and Mr Shnaiider who is the hotel manager that did is best for us nest regards and we will sure come back again

Rooms were clean and spacious enough for my group. Was a 10 min uber to Theresenweise. Near a bunch of restaurants.
Bathroom was very small, shower leaks and toilet doesnt flush well.
