In a convenient location, not too far from public transport access. The staff were very nice and helpful. The beds were comfy and room clean.
There was some mould in the shower which I think could have been easily taken care off and cleaned away.

Nice spacious room with big windows and a balcony, plenty of room for luggage, friendly and helpful staff.
Could be a bit cleaner with new sheets more often and more upscale for it's price. Also we chose twin bed but got 2 singles that were pushed together

The room was very nice and comfortable, i liked the complimentary water, there was also a coffee on the room and the little bar with reasonable prices. The check-in and check-out was super quick, best i ever had! The balcony is nice too. Very good quality for that price.
I noticed the curtains were a bit dirty. Also the door to the bathroom didnt work properly but i was alone so i didnt need to close them.

The bed wasn't super conformtable, but good enough and there isn't a close metro station.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming.
The hotel feels very old and the furniture is outdated, which makes the room seem unclean. There was also an unpleasant stale smell in the room. The worst part was that instead of a sealed bottle of drinking water, there was an old glass bottle filled with water. It did not feel hygienic, and I was uncomfortable drinking it. The hotel is also quite far from the city center.

Nothing. In short, despite multiple promises, my stay was plagued by an uncomfortable bed, lack of air conditioning, constant noise, and unfulfilled commitments, resulting in a thoroughly unsatisfactory experience.
Our stay was a deeply disappointing experience. The mattress in our room was completely substandard—soft, sagging, and uneven—making it impossible to sleep. I reported this immediately, and although I was promised a room change, it never happened. Each time I checked, I was told to wait until the next time, but no room became available. Eventually, they promised to change the mattress, but that never happened either. On top of that, the room had no air conditioning (no split unit), and we had to keep the window open due to the heat and stuffiness. This meant lots of noise from outside. The rooms were not soundproof, so we could hear everything—cleaning staff in the hallway, and the guests upstairs getting ready in the morning. Overall, a truly terrible experience and far below any reasonable standard.
