Clean and in Citycentre
The only issue I encountered involved my 1974 Porsche. There was no problem parking it when I checked in around midnight, but when I checked out at noon, two staff members near the parking area complained about the engine noise and exhaust fumes. Frankly, they were quite rude; the engine was completely stock—straight from the factory—yet I was treated as if I were being inconsiderate.

The staff was nice, the room was cozy and the beds were confortable. The bathroom was clean and it was peaceful most of the time.
The beds weren't clean, the mattress when we took it off was full of crumbs and leftovers, the pillow was clean, there were a lot of little bugs because they didn't have a net at the door. We wanted to call the staff to tell them that in our fridge it was a bottle of wine half empty, which we didn't consume, but they didn't answer on the phone.

The staff at the hotel were very kind and helpful. It was right by a grocery store and several restaurants.

The staff members who were there 24 hours a day were very nice, they were stand in staff members who were from other hotels so they were unsure how to answer many questions but they did try. Bed was comfortable windows open completely up to allow a breeze and there is an external shade to block sun to keep the room cooler during the day. Closet space was nice The gym/ sauna area is nice and private on the lowest floor, though a bit hidden. We were able to walk/bike/public transport everywhere including to and from airport. Great location, quiet street.
Room could have been cleaner, spills on lamp shades, walls and edges of tables, some repairs needed to furnishings and tiles in the bathroom. No texture on the shower floor makes it VERY SLICK when wet and with the step up and the corner entry with no shower bar it is slightly treacherous getting into shower. Some misleading things online from the booking overall a good comfortable stay

Nice spacious room with big windows and a balcony, plenty of room for luggage, friendly and helpful staff.
Could be a bit cleaner with new sheets more often and more upscale for it's price. Also we chose twin bed but got 2 singles that were pushed together

Nothing. In short, despite multiple promises, my stay was plagued by an uncomfortable bed, lack of air conditioning, constant noise, and unfulfilled commitments, resulting in a thoroughly unsatisfactory experience.
Our stay was a deeply disappointing experience. The mattress in our room was completely substandard—soft, sagging, and uneven—making it impossible to sleep. I reported this immediately, and although I was promised a room change, it never happened. Each time I checked, I was told to wait until the next time, but no room became available. Eventually, they promised to change the mattress, but that never happened either. On top of that, the room had no air conditioning (no split unit), and we had to keep the window open due to the heat and stuffiness. This meant lots of noise from outside. The rooms were not soundproof, so we could hear everything—cleaning staff in the hallway, and the guests upstairs getting ready in the morning. Overall, a truly terrible experience and far below any reasonable standard.

The location is great. Close to the Underground U1 line Maillingerstraße, which was just 500 meters away. The hotel room was modern and pleasant. Nice cozy balcony on the 1st floor, not much of a view, but the balcony area looks chic.
The private parking space underground is great and saved us the headache of parking at the hotel. The staff were kind and very helpful. Danke!

The location was convenient for our trip.
Disappointed by the lack of cleanliness in this hotel.
- Mold Issues: There was significant black mold and grime on the showerhead, the shower hose, and even on the ceiling/walls of the room.
- Lack of Maintenance: The walls and doors were stained and dirty, showing a complete lack of basic upkeep.
- Health Concerns: I experienced skin irritation and itching during my stay, which made it impossible to sleep comfortably.

The room is great for the money. The radiators are somewhat "dated" yet one may control the temperature.
Parking 15 euros per night. Feel free to find the place in the neighborhood - it is free at night (23-9).
