The staff was nice, the room was cozy and the beds were confortable. The bathroom was clean and it was peaceful most of the time.
The beds weren't clean, the mattress when we took it off was full of crumbs and leftovers, the pillow was clean, there were a lot of little bugs because they didn't have a net at the door. We wanted to call the staff to tell them that in our fridge it was a bottle of wine half empty, which we didn't consume, but they didn't answer on the phone.

The location was easy to get to from U-Bahn. Its is very quiet of an evening and It is also very close to a large supermarket if you don't wish to go out for meals.

Staff – Excellent: Upon arrival, the reception team upgraded us to a larger room. I had just been discharged from the hospital after surgery for a broken arm, so this gesture significantly improved our stay. Huge thanks to the staff! ​Breakfast – Exceeded expectations: Although the selection wasn't huge, everything was delicious—especially the scrambled eggs (which are usually rubbery in chain hotels). There was a great variety of teas, tasty desserts, good cold cuts, and fresh vegetables. They even had liver pâté, which my doctor recommended. My boyfriend also noted that the coffee was very good. ​Amenities: The room was well-equipped with complimentary tea, coffee capsules, and two bottles of water. ​Location – Perfect: Right next to the train station, which was incredibly convenient for our journey back home.

We loved everything about this hotel - great location and really nice neighbourhood. Friendly staff. The rooms were clean and spacious, we also had a balcony, on which we could drink our coffee in the morning. We also really loved that we had coffee mashine and complimentary capsules in our room. This really made the arrival after a long journey really enjoyable.
No remarks. Would absolutely come again and would recommend this hotel to anyone.
