The hotel was clean and well-maintained, and we truly appreciated the kind gesture of providing a suite for our honeymoon. The staff were generally polite, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was comfortable
There were a few inconveniences during our stay. We were unable to contact reception from the room phone as it was set in German, so we had to go down in person each time. Also, despite placing a “Do Not Disturb” sign on the door, a staff member still entered our room, which affected our privacy.
We requested a late check-out for at least two hours due to our late flight, but unfortunately, this was not accommodated.
Additionally, the private parking is quite expensive (€29 per day). What was unclear is that once you enter, you are charged based on usage — for example, I initially parked briefly, unloaded my luggage, and was charged €7. Then when I parked again overnight, I was charged €29. It would be better if this policy was explained clearly in advance.

The location is quite far away from the centre and railway station, this hotel seems to be geared towards the conference market.

We enjoyed our rooms very much. Quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and getting to the Uban was easy.
there was an issue with booking. I had requested breakfast with the room but it did not translate into the booking which I did not notice until we got there.

The breakfast every morning was amazing! Lots of choices. Fresh fruits, breads, pastries, meats and cheese, juice, coffee, espresso, omelets, eggs, bacon, sausages, biscuits/gravy just to name a few. The onsite resturant/bar in fantastic as well! Had a great steak cooked to perfection. The staff and waiters/waitresses are friendly and fun.

Breakfast is good.
I have been a Platinum member of the Marriott and Sheraton network for many years and have stayed at around 15 different hotels within the chain. Unfortunately, this property delivered one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had.
Staff interactions — whether at the front desk, during breakfast, or by the pool — were unhelpful and felt as if every request was a burden. The rooms are outdated, housekeeping is mediocre, and it took three hours and three reminders just to receive bathrobes. Even something as simple as requesting cutlery, a glass, or a plate came with a €5 charge — apparently the hotel’s way of solving its financial problems.
Parking costs €29, the same for hotel guests as for anyone else who wishes to park there. The pool and jacuzzi were overcrowded to the point where many guests could not even find a spot to sit nearby.
