The hotel was clean and well-maintained, and we truly appreciated the kind gesture of providing a suite for our honeymoon. The staff were generally polite, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was comfortable
There were a few inconveniences during our stay. We were unable to contact reception from the room phone as it was set in German, so we had to go down in person each time. Also, despite placing a “Do Not Disturb” sign on the door, a staff member still entered our room, which affected our privacy. We requested a late check-out for at least two hours due to our late flight, but unfortunately, this was not accommodated. Additionally, the private parking is quite expensive (€29 per day). What was unclear is that once you enter, you are charged based on usage — for example, I initially parked briefly, unloaded my luggage, and was charged €7. Then when I parked again overnight, I was charged €29. It would be better if this policy was explained clearly in advance.
