Hotel nice (in line with Motel One brand identity). Nice breakfast and lounge.
Hotel is 5 minute walking distance from Technology Museum and 20 min walking from city center.
There is an underground garage (the ramps leading down to the garage are really very very narrow!!).
My room had a problem with sagging and uncomfortable mattress. The air conditioning wasn't cooling, apparently broken, so much so that a staff member even came by with a report of the same problem, presumably from previous guests. In short, maintenance and repairs of these minor inconveniences risk ruining the stay.

Everything was very cozy. The staff were very polite and friendly. The location was also very nice
We never had clean towels, even after giving indication to clean the bedroom and have them placed on the floor. We had to ask for them at the reception and put them outside de bedroom because the dirty one weren’t picked up either

The staff was very friendly. Our rooms were clean and comfortable, albeit a little bit small. Breakfast was included and was generally pretty good. The location was about an 8-minute walk from the Rosenheimer Platz S-Bahn, so not super convenient but not a terrible walk either.
The hotel uses an air cooling system and not an air conditioning system. At most, it would cool our room by 3 or 4°. This was barely tolerable for sleeping at night. After the first two nights, we were able to open up our window and cool off enough that way.
Also, the rooms and the bathrooms were definitely on the small side. For one person, they would have been perfect. For two people and multiple pieces of luggage, it was a bit cramped when we were in there.

Das Zimmer ist recht klein. Aber das Bett ist bequem. Die Bettwäsche und Handtücher aus Baumwolle sind recht angenehm. Es gibt nur Handseife und eine Mehrzweck-Duschseife zum Waschen von Körper und Haaren. Andere Hygieneartikel wie Make-up-Entferner-Tücher für das Gesicht oder Haarspülung werden nicht angeboten. Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt ist es in Ordnung, da die U-Bahn-Station in der Nähe liegt und es mehrere Supermärkte und Restaurants in der Umgebung gibt. Der Service des Personals war freundlich und gut. Vielen Dank

Quite and clean rooms
Location is further out of town than expected. The connection to public transport is suboptimal. There are only limited options of restaurants around.
Rooms and bathroom are tiny. Two persons and two suitcases are almost impossible to fit in.

My fiancé and I really enjoyed our stay at Motel One. Marco at the front desk was so kind and incredibly helpful. He helped us with what to do in the city on a rainy day and transportation. We really loved the breakfast at the hotel. It had organic fruit and food. The bed was SO comfortable. We stayed here in the beginning of our trip and the end. We were so excited to come back to this hotel because of the breakfast, cleanliness of the hotel, great staff, and comfortable beds. We will be now be staying at Motel Ones, hoping our experience will be just as good!
The only thing was I wished the hotel room was a little bigger!

We normally love our Motel One stays but this hotel felt lacking. The location is alright but the rooms are very small. We could barely fit both our luggage’s. It also lacked in amenities compared to other Motel Ones. We appreciated the parking.
Our room wasn’t very clean. There were hairs stuck to the headboard and on the rug which wasn’t very pleasant.
