The hotel is stylishly furnished, exceptionally clean, and very welcoming, with helpful and polite staff. The breakfast we purchased was delicious, offering a wide variety of dishes to choose from.

Room was clean, although smaller then in another Motel One hotels.
The location is not very close to subway and there's a lot of road construction going on in the area. The hotel list "Air Conditioning" as one of their amenities. When we arrived, A/C in our room was not working. We tried to get different staff members to resolve this issue, but the responses we received were the following: -the A/C is not working at all, just open the window -the A/C should be working, but our technician has already left, nothing we can do -the A/C was turned to heat because it was cold last week, that's why it's not cooling -we always have trouble with A/C system, leave us be Mind you, every time I had to go down to reception, wait and ask for help- every other staff member kept saying that they will get back to me but didn't. When I finally demanded to see a shift manager and provide me a compensation for the false advertising of amenities they surely didn't have but I paid for, they finally provided me a portable fan at 10PM. Overall do not recommend, the price does not reflect the amenities and it doesn't look like staff would be helpful with any issues in the hotel room.

Nice neighborhood. My child enjoyed the cozy small extra bed that they put for us next to the window.
The room was very small. For some reason the check-in took forever and there was a long line. But perhaps they were understaffed on that specific day.

Location was good , close to the Marienplatz , coffees, restaurants.

The hotel has a modern feel, is clean, and offers fast internet.
Compared to other Motel One locations, this one falls short. The location isn’t convenient for public transport. Staff were often rushed and unavailable. No drinking water is provided in the room, and a bottle costs €6. Breakfast had no hot options. The room was extremely small with minimal amenities. Overall, not good value for money.

Breakfast very good and the room is very good.
I reserved a taxi at the front desk in advance. The women staff said to me that it reserved. She confirmed that to me. But the next day the taxi never arrived.
