We were satisfied by the room and hotel itself. Room was quite, big enough and very clean, especially bathroom. Breakfast was also good especially if you like to eat healthy things, it's best for you. Interestingly there wasn't an option for espresso on the coffee machines. It was a bit disappointed for me since I'd love to starts the day with espresso.
I couldn't decide the hotel location was good or not. Because you have at least 10 mins walk to the nearest tram stop. It wasn't a problem at the beginning of the day but after a long and tired day, it was a bit painful path return to hotel.

Staff were friendly at check-in, the hotel is next to a quiet neighbourhood which is quiet.
The room does not provide kettle or tea bag, so we were unable to make any tea or coffee.

Comfy beds, good breakfast selection, let us check in early after a long flight
Overall pretty good - the shower fan didn’t work and steamed up the bathroom but cleared quickly.

The reception staff was very accommodating and professional. The underground parking was an added bonus. Really enjoyed the location with close proximity to S- & U-bahn and nice restaurants. Trattoria Giorgia and Cafe Haidhausen are a must try!

Great bar area downstairs which was especially helpful with a late flight out of Munich. The staff have all been exceptionally helpful and friendly.
Room is on the smaller side when travelling with 2 large bags but this was manageable. The other great qualities of the motel made this a non issue for us.

The staff was very friendly.
The a/c did not work and we informed the front desk about it. We relied on having the window partially open for better air circulation, so a few bugs sneaked its way into the room.

Modern, clean and well-located hotel. Very nice and lively bar. Gave me a calm room, as requested.
Not a big deal, but a complimentary bottle of water in the room might have been nice.

This is a modern chain hotel with the feel of a boutique and the friendliness of a family run operation. The woman who checked our room number before breakfast was ever so nice and made us feel relaxed, despite the chaos of the full dining area (which was full of visitors on game day). Convenient parking garage with access from the lobby elevator was a real plus.
The room was quite small for two adults and one child. It doesn't seem like the hotel was designed with families in mind, but since we were only there for two nights, it wasn't all that bad.

It was very clean. Breakfast was delicious. Children were very happy with the breakfast. It's location was very good. With the children we could walk everywhere. Also it is 7 minutes to Deutsche Museum. You can see it with the children.
