Wonderful
Location was good, walkable to downtown Christmas markets. Another market was close by the hotel as well. Hotel was very clean and well kept.
It is on the small side, but that is to be expected in Europe.

Awesome location and facilities - super friendly staff. The rooms were great with nice decor. Comfortable beds with warm showers. We didn't use the breakfast facilities however the cafe/restaurant portion looked nice. Close to train station with easy access to airport. Walkable distance to attractions.

The reception staff was very accommodating and professional. The underground parking was an added bonus. Really enjoyed the location with close proximity to S- & U-bahn and nice restaurants. Trattoria Giorgia and Cafe Haidhausen are a must try!

It was very clean. Breakfast was delicious. Children were very happy with the breakfast. It's location was very good. With the children we could walk everywhere. Also it is 7 minutes to Deutsche Museum. You can see it with the children.

Good location, close to train stations (Rosenheimer platz and Isartor). The room was clean, the staff was friendly. Comfortable sleeping arrangement for our infant.
The room was very hot, even after turning off the heating. If you're with an infant, consider a bigger room, as there wasn't much space to move with the baby crib, and our luggage. It was fine for us, as we were only staying one night.

Room was decently spacious enough for our one large and one small suitcase. We were able to control the temperature in the room. We didn’t get the breakfast package, but were able to grab coffees and teas in the morning, which was nice! Proximity to the Deutches Museum was good as we were able to easily walk there and enjoy the museum.
Location wasn’t as great as hoped. Major train or subway or tram stops were all about 8-10 minutes from the hotel walking. While not a huge deal, just less ideal when walking to and from on cold winter mornings or evenings. The bathroom was also a little small.

Staff were pleasant. Property was clean, both room and lobby. Room was spacious enough by European standards. Water was nice and hot. About a ten minute walk from the S-Bahn.
Mattress and pillows were lumpy and need replacing. No complimentary coffee, which is a big no-go for me.

The doors slammed very hard! It was a bit annoying. A little bit out of the city but easy to get to on the train .
