The lock on my door was faulty and wouldn’t work and the first solution was to put me in another room and sleep in my clothes I had worn all day after a whole day of travelling.
There was no handyman nothing …
Then they couldn’t find the master key to open it manually.

I have paid 500€ for 1 night stay for 2 rooms. The rooms were dusty, not clean and in the room there were nothing than dirt and furniture.
The toilet was dirty in one of the rooms, the blanket cover was not cleaned/changed from the previous guests. Overall, it was disgustingly dirty.
