The location was fantastic. The staff were all friendly and helpful.
Rooms extremely small, nowhere to unpack suitcases, no room refrigerator coffee pot or kettle. No amenities.

For this price the location was fairly decent. The staff were polite too.
Wifi did not work throughout my stay and was a major inconvenience. It did not get fixed upon multiple complaints too. The room size was rather small.

Disappointing
The management wanted to charge extra fee for late check while its own staff had confirmed a late check out without mentioning anything. The management used superficial excuse to cancel the late check out.

The location couldn't be better, close to public transportation and walking distance from the city center. Coffee shop that opens early nearby. Bed was comfortable, good sound and light control at night. Lobby lounge area was stunning, but we really didn't hang out there. Overall it was a good value for the money and great location to stay in the city.
The space is a bit small, both room and bathroom.

Location - 7 minute walk from Marienplatz, 50 meters from train station, 1 stop away from Karlplatz and 1 stop from Hauptbahnhof. Great little bars around, and so close to restaurants and brauhauses of Marienplatz
There was nothing to dislike - there was also a great bar there.

Nice location, near the metro station (U) and the old sity. It is clean and the lobby is nice.
Small rooms. Breakfast is not value for money. The Rooms without view are small and depressing . Ask for rooms with a view. They are also small but at least there is view.
