great location for all downtown visitors
if you park in the Stachus garage: you need to study the way out because if you take the wrong exit (like I did), you walk extra half-mile to the hotel.

clean, great location, yummy breakfast, they found parking although didn't guarantee to do so in their messages,
was a little bit nervous before arrival because messages didn't guarantee a parking space but found it withuot a problem when we arrived. breakfast space was very crowdy

Nice beds and decor
The information about the fact you have to pay for parking, and that is only until midday and then MORE money after, is frustrating as it is so minimal on their website and booking.com page. Their air con didnt work, and they provide no tea or coffee facilities. Staff werent very helpful at reception.

minor call out that the bathroom door in my room would not stay open by itself. The bathroom stayed very steamy long after the shower.
