Location, walking distance to the metro and several buses passing through. Safe area and everything you need is around, cafes bars restaurants grocery stores etc. Parking is available, we left the car there and used public transportation. Staff is kind and helpful. There is a business area to work and we had to work during our stay, it was comfortable and quiet. Also the rooms are well isolated, not so much noise coming from the corridor or other rooms.
Very small rooms, not enough space to open two luggages. Carpet on the floor, super dusty and it was not good for our allergy

The social area
Room was dark and small, some construction noise outside - it was confusing were to enter the hotel after hours, we ended up in the architecture business area instead of the hotel. The roof terrace was closed. The girl at the reception told us that the taxi was safer than uber to the airport, the taxi would be 80 Euros and we were charged 125 EU. ouch

The breakfast was good and diverse but expensive for what we ate. Our room had a bit of overlooked litter, but we offered another room and were recompensed with two free drinks from the bar.
