The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was plentiful and amazing! It is a little out of city centre but tram and bus stop right around the corner.

We travelled with a pet. It could be that we are assigned to a pet room, the bathroom and carpet was not very clean when checking in.

Location is not the best, but you can manage easily with the public transport. Staff is rude, I had a very long day and most restaurants were closed so I bought fast food to eat it in the lobby. I ordered a beer to the barman, Pablo, he gave it to me and waited the moment I started eating to kick me from the bar saying no outside food was allowed. I had to drink my beer fast so I could go to my hotel room to eat.

The location was fantastic—convenient access to the tram made getting around easy. We stayed here to attend a concert at Olympia Hall, and the walk through the park to the venue was both easy and scenic. The room was comfortable for our short stay, and we especially enjoyed the lively atmosphere at the hotel bar in the evenings. The outdoor seating was a great spot to relax with a nice Weiss beer!

Good value, good location for our purpose.
Parking a bit tricky; At the reception you have to exchange the parking card you receive when entering the parking lot, in order to get an "exit" card. If you come and go 10 times a day then it's a bit annoying to have to stand in line at the reception every time you want to exchange entry/exit cards.
