The location was fantastic—convenient access to the tram made getting around easy. We stayed here to attend a concert at Olympia Hall, and the walk through the park to the venue was both easy and scenic. The room was comfortable for our short stay, and we especially enjoyed the lively atmosphere at the hotel bar in the evenings. The outdoor seating was a great spot to relax with a nice Weiss beer!

Good value, good location for our purpose.
Parking a bit tricky; At the reception you have to exchange the parking card you receive when entering the parking lot, in order to get an "exit" card. If you come and go 10 times a day then it's a bit annoying to have to stand in line at the reception every time you want to exchange entry/exit cards.

You never can go wrong with Motel One, wherever you go, you know what you are going to get. Friendly and helpful staff. Very well located with easy access to public transportation to get you anywhere in Munich!
I think the breakfast room is too small for the size of the hotel (compared to other Motel One's).

It was easy for us to go by car to fair . The hotel is clear , easy access amd a lot of parking spaces on the street .
