The bed was comfortable.
The welcome at Reception was terrible when I arrived. The 2 female receptionists were busy on their computers, I was just told to wait. No smiles, no welcome at all. The TVs had no English speaking channels working. No tea making facilities in the room, so you had to keep coming downstairs for a hot drink. The breakfast was awful, for 18 Euros, it was so basic and not like other continental breakfasts I have experienced in Germany. Overall not a great experience.

Location is not the best, but you can manage easily with the public transport. Staff is rude, I had a very long day and most restaurants were closed so I bought fast food to eat it in the lobby. I ordered a beer to the barman, Pablo, he gave it to me and waited the moment I started eating to kick me from the bar saying no outside food was allowed. I had to drink my beer fast so I could go to my hotel room to eat.

The receptionist was very kind and understood our particular needs. She went above and beyond to make our stay as relaxing and comfortable as possible. She is very knowledgeable about the surrounding areas and gave us useful indications

We found this to be a very good hotel with very tidy, clean room and very satisfactory breakfast. Our only problem was that with two persons in the room space was at a bit of a premium, also power plugs were scarce. Good transport links close to the hotel and a very good area for walks across the Olympic park.
Space was tight fro two people; no real wardrobes, just hanging points.

Very good breakfast and staff.
Missing, shower caps and NO art in the bedrooms. No security in the lifts to the bedrooms.
