I stayed at the motel for 3 days. The room was clean, bathroom as well. Staff was good as well. One of the things I'd like to mention too is silence in the room, nobody disturbs you during stay. Also, you don't have to inform the reception about your leaving or coming back to the motel. I am very satisfied with the motel.
There are no things I didn't like. As I already mentioned, everything was alright with the room and bathrrom, there is also a bar and a lounge on the ground floor with a cozy ambience, but I didn't have time to enjoy it.

Within about a 10-minute walk, the hotel has two different U-Bahn stations and offers good connections to the city. The rooms are nicely decorated, but not very comfortable. The staff is friendly. A positive aspect is that a REWE supermarket is located across the street from the hotel. There is a park nearby and plenty of greenery in the area, which is very convenient if you are traveling with your dog.
As a pet-friendly hotel that charges an additional fee for a dog, the room should at least include a dog bed and a water bowl. Even though it is classified as a motel, I stayed at the same hotel chain in Leipzig and received food and water bowls as well as a small treat for my dog. I travel a lot with my dog and I am always charged an extra fee for my pet — the amount is not small — yet only in two cases did my furry companion receive a bed, a water bowl and a treat. I believe it is not enough to simply charge extra and label a hotel as pet-friendly, for that price, at least some basic amenities should be provided for furry friends.

Location is good, really close to Wettersteinplatz station. Room was clean and we had a good view of Alps.
They can give free cocktails when we forego a room cleaning.

I guess what i like about the hotel is the parking, it has plenty of spaces. But at the same time it was confusing as the way it charges isn’t the same as how Asia it usually works.
What I didn’t really like was the availability of “hot water” as my toddler is travelling with me, we need much hot water for the purpose of making formula milk. The option to get the hot water Is only either from the restaurant or the bar, no kettle for water cooking. The worse part was the staffs are very unfriendly, feel like i am annoying them of asking for hot water. But there is one staff, Vietnamese who were really friendly to me and provide the hot water.

The hotel is located relatively near the U-Bahn and it's only three stations away from Marienplatz. It's easy to get around the city from the hotel. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. There were varied breakfast options. There's a parking garage right underneath the hotel, it's very convenient if you're traveling with a car. It was a lovely stay.
The room is on the smaller side.

The most comfortable pillows we had during our 2 week stay in Germany. The room was super dark at night which made for an excellent night's sleep. We were able to store our luggage while we went out for the day. Easy to get a taxi or Uber at the hotel entrance.
It was pretty pricey, but we were staying during Oktoberfest.
