The modern and tasteful decoration of the rooms and public areas, the very friendly staff, the very good breakfast.
Very limited lighting in the bedrooms (only reading lamps, no general lighting), only black-out curtains, therefore no daylight without complete loss of intimacy.

I liked the view from the room. Possibility to open the window fully. Also the garden is really nice as well as the bar. Comfortable bed.
The room is not very big and as in all Motel Ones no phone in the room which i do not like.
I have aksed for an iron board and had to take it from the reception desk and carry it with me accross the whole lobby and bar to my room. Same for towels as they do not exchange them every day even if completely wet. They also just take the used foot towel and fold it again, not sure why, they could just leave it as it was...

We got what we paid for. A nice, clean room, the parking spots were available and reserved.
I would've like to to be a laundry room in the hotel. It's weird that for such a big hotel there is no option to wash your clothes.

We loved this hotel. Great room and lovely bar area.
The carpark underneath and efficient lift made our stay easier.
The tube is a 5 minute walk making Munich an easy journey.
