The location is fantastic 20 minutes from Marienplatz with the Uban. The rooms were very modern and clean. We also had a great view from our 6th floor room. The breakfast cost around 17 euros per person. A really good price considering what the breakfast included. It had a variety of options and everything was fresh and of good quality. Overall it is a highly recommended accommodation for me!
I would personally like if there was some gym space.

New modern hotel , nice rooms , clearness
Air conditioning works bad and we had 3 times inform staff at the reception. We stayed 3 nights an only last night was Ok

Very clean room and large, very comfortable bed. Air conditioning! We stayed in a few separate places in Bavaria and it appears aircon isn’t the standard, so it was a very welcome addition in the heatwave. Hotel was nice and quiet and had black out blinds/curtains. There are a few nice restaurants around the hotel. We did manage to walk into Munich centre/old town, but it did take around 40 mins each way. There may be public transport options but we didn’t explore these as we were only there for 1 day. Room was quite small, but seems to be normal in Munich.
We would have appreciated tea/coffee making facilities in the room.

It had fancy rooms with huge bed. The bed was comfortable and we had nice views from the room. The whole place was clean and modern.
There was a little fridge in our room. Although we didn’t even check it beforehand :D
