Good location with access to the U-Bahn and nature. Comfortable beds.
The breakfast is not a good value. €17 per person for a picnic spread and no hot food options (eggs, potatoes, etc.) and no table service.

Very clean and modern and only 5 minutes away from the subway. We ate at the restaurant and it was amazing. Had a few drinks at the bar, great service and atmosphere.

The room was TINY... considerinng the cost,... barely enough room ti get around the bed... Also, no refrigerator, no closet for hanging clothes, no laundry bad?? wtf??? what was the high charge for??? no room service, bo coffee maker... NOTHING

Nothing favorable.
This wasn't a hotel in the normal sense of a hotel. It was more like a hostel meant more for overnight stays rather than 4-5 days. The rooms were very small, even considering the room sizes in Europe. The rooms were too small for anything other than a backpack. No place to unpack normal luggage. Nothing could be charged to your room. Breakfast was good but on the high side. Staff was okay but not overly friendly. Given the room rate, they were way over priced. We would not recommend this facility.

This “motel” exceeded our expectations. Its excellent location made it easy to reach the city center by public transportation. The room was clean and comfortable, and the neighborhood felt very safe for a morning run. We also appreciated the convenient laundry facilities in the neighborhood and enjoyed a great dinner just across the street. The lobby bar was a wonderful place to relax. I would highly recommend this motel.

Location was great, close to public transportation. Facilities were great and the room was comfortable and clean.
I have back problems and the mattress was too soft. I woke up with back pain the next pain the next day. Considering this was a work trip, it was not ideal.

The AC was on 17° when I arrived late, the window doesn’t open: I wanted to go to bed, but it was so chilly. The hotel was full, not room available.
