The bar area was nice and reasonable.Good location in proximity to bus and trains.
No AC, cleaning issues with bedding, dark and very small room and bathroom, Not a lot of restaurants in the area, but the ones there were good!

Really excellent hotel with really nice staff. The room was clean, shower was great and the location of the hotel itself is really awesome as it is right next to a main tram/bus stop to get you around.
If I were to nitpick, there were only paper cups provided in our room and they had started to disintegrate by day 2. Glassware or something plastic would have been much better for drinking water and such.

The hotel was modern, clean and comfy. The Underground was 5 mins walk and 15 mins to the city centre. The trains were frequent and we only ever waited 4 minutes at the most. The hairdryer was very powerful, towels clean, shower powerful and hand soap/shower gel provided. Bar opens late, we were served beers at around 2am on return which is ideal.
It can be a little dark if all lights not turned on. The air con was not great. It was stuffy in Oct at 26 degrees. The window opens wide but we were on to the main road. No Netflix

I don't like having a heavy duvet on the bed. I miss a sheet and blanket. You don't have options to lighten the night time covers. The shower stall only closed on half of the opening. This let water get out on the floor.
