Good breakfast , quiet rooms, tram and bus museumline stop in front hotel . Easy access also to airport. Nice neighborhood behind hotel with small restaurants where locals eat.

It was very close to a bus/tram station with many options to get to the center (and other places as well)
Even though it was clean, I remember there was one day when we didn't get room cleaning service or clean towels at all.

everything is clean and new
The breakfast is very bad, it's uncomfortable to sit because it's in the lobby. They don't have a restaurant. But we had a great time going to the neighboring hotel for breakfast. The rooms are tiny, there's no refrigerator.
