Excellent location, very helpful staff.
The aircon did not work well, the room was hot despite having the aircon on as cold as it would go. The weather was unusually hot - however we did not sleep well because of the heat in the room.

Friendly and helpful staff at the front desk. Free mini bar was appreciated by my daughter. Short walk to the old town. Many restaurants and a supermarket nearby. Very convenient for trains. Would stay again if back in Munich as it is much cheaper than hotels in the old town
Close to the central station - like all central stations, it’s not in the nicest part of the city. I saw someone being arrested on the street the hotel is on on my first day in Munich! However I didn’t feel unsafe as a solo female traveller as there are lots of people about and it was the height of summer with long daylight hours and I wasn’t out after dark

Loved the central courtyard in the evening and the complimentary mini bar. We returned in the evening to find a birthday cake for my wife in the room! A very nice surprise, not sure how they knew it was her birthday. The bartender also did a great job.
Shower was not quite warm enough, AC was not cool enough.
