Wonderful hotel with great location! Very kind staff, apartment was very clean and comfortable. Next to it are great restaurants, very good train lines so you can fastly go to city centre. Our big recommendation for this hotel!

There wasn’t much I liked about the hotel, to be honest.
The bathroom was super small and the shower cubicle was minuscule, I could barely move inside it. The doors of the shower cubicle were also inefficient, so there was always water on the floor after everytime I had a shower. The TV only had two channels in English, the Euronews and the Skynews. Everything else was in German or dubbed in German. It would be nice to have some other options. The bedrooms are not soundproof. I was woken up at 2am by the guests on the bedroom next door arriving, and then having sex. The location is not great. Luckily there is a tram stop nearby but besides that, is a bit far from the main attractions of the city.

Everything was excellent . Tram and bus stops are virtually right outside the hotel . There are 2 supermarkets within a 5 minute walk . Plenty of cafes and restaurants and bars nearby . Perfect base for running Munich Marathon .

Well located Friendly staff
Really disappointed. The bed was too small, pillows really uncomfortable and the duvet far too small. The quality of my sleep was very poor. I didn’t received a fresh cup for hot drinks on the second night.

The reception desk was staffed around the clock, and the staff was always friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and the tea and coffee equipment was a nice and helpful touch. The TV doesn't include any streaming services but it does have a screen mirroring option which was useful. The bed was comfortable, especially the pillows which weren't the usual big German type. We had enough towels, toiletries and closet space for the whole of our stay
The parking was a little expensive considering it's not directly attached to the hotel. The shower is somewhat on the smaller side. The elevator only goes up to the third floor and we stayed on the fourth, which we didn't mind but might be good to know for travelers with lots of luggage

It was close to the tram line to get to tourist sites like Oktoberfest. Compared to other hotels it was reasonably priced
The bathroom was very, very small. I could barely move in the shower. The seal on the shower was not attached, so there was a small flood after the first shower. I did get new towels, but the seal was not fixed by check out day two days later. Also there aren't a lot of good restaurants within walking distance.
