Rooms are a bit small. Hotel location is great. Tram station is opposite. Bus and Metro around the corner.

Disappointing
Location was good. Only a short half hour walk to town.
If it wasn’t for one member of staff who was so helpful, happy and kind, I would have given this place one star.
We arrived at 3.30 and our room wasn’t ready. No matter. It was Octoberfest weekend. We understand. But then to get to our room and have insufficient complimentary tea coffee, a leaking shower and the smallest room we have stayed in during our entire trip, was disappointing. The air conditioner didn’t work and we had to ask for coffee and sugar every day as the coffee station was never replenished when our room was serviced. Not once during our 3 night visit. The bedding was old and needs to be replaced. (see photo) No protectors on any of the pillows and they were stained. We paid a lot of money for this room because of the time of year and it was not worth it.

Room was ok and location is very central.
noise from the window, you could hear the cars passing. I had to wait 15' at the reception at 19:00 and no one was answering the phone.

The building is old, but everything you need is equipped. I chose this hotel because air conditioner is equipped, and an electric kettle is equipped in the room. Lots of choices of International TV programs. The hotel is located at Schwabing, which is very active, pretty, cultural area. It is very different from the central part of Munich. A department store, organic supermarkets, nice cafes and restaurants are all in walking distance. Two subway stations are nearby.
Some hotel receptionists are friendly, but some are not. The wi-fi is not stable, and I needed to log in very often.

Clean hotel at a nice location in Schwabing, close to metro and supermarkets.
The facilities are a bit dated, and breakfast was not spectacular.
