Wonderful
We were there on 6/12/2025. The location of the hotel was excellent for the Christmas market in Marienplatz and easy walking distance of tons of shops and a couple of malls. Plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. From the reviews I read before we went most people said the hotel was within a few minutes of the main railway station, it is NOT. The main railway station (Munchen Hauptbahnhof or HBF) is easily a 20 min walk and some over cobbled stones which isn’t easy rolling suitcases. Now, if you get the underground from the HBF to Marienplatz then yes, it’s a couple of minutes walk to the hotel. The room was comfortable but not luxurious (by North American standards) and the shower great. Also the breakfast was amazing with plenty of choices. A nice little touch was a complimentary mini bar which had bottled water, sodas, and a couple of a Bavarian Beer which was delicious! I drank both of them

Perfect location to stop in and out in between outings, but just off the main road enough to be quieter. Absolutely amazing breakfast! Staff were also extremely nice. They were also very friendly and accommodating for a young child.
Didn’t seem possible to turn the heat down any more and rooms seemed warm.

The location was great, right in the middle of things. Breakfast was fine, it had a little bit of everything. The selections were fresh and plentiful.

Very Clean hotel , location& breakfast was good too. was great for Christmas markets , the staff were lovely & friendly especially Antonia she helped us with something that required a lot of patience , nothing was to much trouble for her . Would stay again at this hotel .

Very clean and cozy room, small but there was everything needed. The breakfast was fantastic, very rich. The minibar was free of charge with water, soft drinks and even beer and they refill everyday. You can leave luggage in the hotel after check-out. Location of the hotel is very suitable in the center of the city. Very friendly staff. Many small details which make your stay comfortable - like umbrellas from the hotel, apples in the lobby, etc.
Nothing, except pillows was not very comfortable, but this is usual for any hotel.
