We booked a Suite as we were traveling with our baby. Nowhere does the listing mention that there’s a construction site right opposite the room we booked. The noise made it impossible to be there with a baby. The hotel offered us a studio instead which even the person showing us confirmed wouldn’t work with baby. We had to find a new hotel. When asking for a refund it got refused by the hotel as the construction is not their responsibility. I certainly understand that, yet it’s the responsibility of the property to mention this in order for customers to make a decision. We lost all our money which is extremely frustrating

Location amazing. Apt was a good size and bed really comfy
The shower! It’s like 20 years ago! The high bath, the glass half wall and the hand held shower that when you try to attach to fitting falls down and sprays the entire bathroom! And the temperature that varies constantly! Needs changing! Not in keeping with level of accommodation.

We were unable to make use of the sauna due to the volume of other customers in the time we had. Not the fault of the staff. Just would have been nice to be able to use the sauna.

The location is great—just a short walk from the lively neighborhood, yet it's a peaceful spot away from the bustle. The room is very cozy, with a balcony and a kitchen equipped with cookware, dishes, an oven, an induction stove, and a coffee machine. The front desk staff were very kind and gave us an introduction to the hotel.

Location is definitely a highlight however currently there is a construction opposite and from early morning it's very noisy in rooms facing the street. So if you are not a morning bird it's not for you.Stuff is not as friendly and helpful as you would expect. Of course when all is okey then they are friendly and smiling but in case of any problem the attitude changes.
There are two things. First as I mentioned there are construction facing rooms overlooking the street and workers are just like behind your window, looking at you. There are no curtains you can use during the day to give you a little bit of privacy from these workers. Second is value for money. 96 euros is added daily for a kid just for one more bed linen so in our case for 3 nights it was almost 300 euro for the sofa bed being turned in the bed all day. For such a price you have many options to choose from in nearby hotels and with breakfast.So check all extras carefully before booking especially that available options are usually fully prepaid and not refundable
