Staff was nice
It was extremely loud with multiple construction sites around. The AC barely worked and the facility is quite old and run down. The smell in the stairways was extremely chemical. I found a cockroach in the gym.

The location is perfect, right by Hofbrauhaus and Augustiner! Walking distance to English Garden for a dip in the river to cool off. Lots of shopping a few blocks away as well.
The only downside was all of the construction going on near the hotel. It made it challenging to find and get to.
