The location is fantastic! I had no idea how good until we were actually there and realized how close we were to the old town in Munich. The staff is helpful, friendly and efficient. It's nice to have people to ask how to get places and find things like grocery stores in a new unfamiliar city where you don't speak the language. The staff spoke excellent English. Loved the kitchenette. Didn't have to chase after restaurants all the time. Could just have some simple snacks in our room. There's a small grocery store and pharmacy not too far away (about 5-10 minutes walk if you don't get lost!) so we got some simple items and ate in the room some days. Good breakfast with a good variety of food. Lovely breakfast room with conservatory. Rooms very clean and the maids come when requested. There's a wonderful little Italian restaurant around the corner, Vino e Gusto. Try it. It's a fun little place and the food delicious.
I wish a laundry service was more affordable or there was a laundromat nearby. The breakfast was good but we felt a little expensive. They seemed understaffed and not all the items were out on time. If you have an early tour to catch, this is important. I felt sorry for the friendly young fellow working in the mornings. He seemed like he had too much to do and not enough help. He did really well for the amount of work he had to do.

Rooms are very spacious—shower was great!
Hard to find entrance initially for us but the staff came out to meet us on the street. Construction with cranes outside the window so the view for rooms facing that way was into the construction site but it was fine not loud—just unsightly. Those staying at the Mandarin Oriental had the same view!

Location and beautiful garden
Construction works in front and behind the building, the balcony was therefore worthless and a price reduction of the rooms affected would have been the least. The rooms in the first floor are dark.

Great location and the Studio we stayed in was spacious and comfortable. The small kitchenette was well equipped for us to do some cooking.
