Great location for access to Old Town and Christmas Markets. Many nearby excellent restaurants. Quick (12 minute) ride from the train station. Well appointed room, spacious. Very comfortable bed and spacious bathroom. Efficiency area perfect for breakfast. Grocery store a 4 minute walk away. Very comfortable.
A large building directly in front of the hotel is under construction, which starts prompt at 700. Not the hotel's fault, of course, but that's why i gave it a 9 rather than a 10.

The location was fantastic, less than 10 min walk to Marienplatz. The junior suite apartment was so spacious, beautifully decorated and the balcony was such a plus. very well stocked kitchenette. The staff were so helpfull and customer service was great.
Just a few things. I had made this apartment reservation 1 year before and had reserved a parking space. 1 week before we arrived I comfirmed with the hotel we had a space and they said we are sorry but we do not have one for you. I could have checked again a few months before to confirm again, but there was no reason given why I didnt have a parking reservation. Also when checking out there was a false charge of the minibar and we spoke with the front desk the night before checkout and he said he removed the charge. We double checked the next morning and it was still kn the account.

The property was perfectly located, clean and full of character. The hallways always smelled nice. However, the best thing about this place is the people that work there. They were so welcoming and helpful especially Arthur and Linda. We forgot our daughter’s gold earrings and they mailed them out to us!! We would definitely stay there again.
There was construction in front of the property, you couldn’t hear any noise if windows were closed. The service and hospitality made up for the construction scenery

Charming hotel, love its location - it’s Maximilian, with a street with all the luxury labels, being close to Marienplatz and many eateries. Breakfast was great and service staff were super nice.
Nothing. Just in future, will be blocked by another building being constructed in front. Hope it retains its charm.

Perfect location for walking everywhere in The Old Town. Kitchenette is perfect for making breakfast in the morning. Bed was very comfortable.
There is a lot of construction going on around the apartment. But when inside, you do not hear anything.

Great location. Staff very friendly and helpful. Brand new gym facility.
We got a "bigger" appartment to have room for our child to crawl around/day time nap in a separate room. The doors in the apartment between the common room and the bedroom, and the kitchen, would not close due to wear and tear/poor fitment which was a bit below expectation. The kitchen was also quite small, although well equipped.

Staff was super helpful and we even got to check in early. The room was spacious and comfortable. Hotel was quiet while we were there.
As other reviewers note, there is substantial construction in front of the hotel as well as renovations of the hotel ongoing. It was difficult to find the hotel and navigate around the closed streets. During the week the noise would be substantial. The room was very hot and we were not able to adjust the temperature of the heater.
