The hotel was very nice and the staff were wonderful. Loved the pool on the top floor, it had beautiful views of the city. Was very happy to see a little area outside the front of the hotel for dogs, although it was dirty with trash left from folks littering. Super convenient location to the bahnhauf and marianplatz.
The area around the hotel is quite sketchy, especially if you have kids. I would not recommend walking around the area after dark. For the most part, the room was clean. Found some cobwebs in our room. Wish the window opened like they traditionally do in Europe (from the top, not the side) for safety purposes.

Only nice thing about this hotel is how spacious the rooms are but they all smell like old buildings combined with cigarettes.
Horrible location at night, cleaning staff never called me back about my jacket I left in the closet. The only good experience we had was the manager for breakfast she was so helpful.

I booked this hotel at 7:00 PM based on the pictures and location, but the reality was completely different. The images online do not reflect what the property and surrounding area actually look like. The immediate neighborhood feels unsafe — with groups of people loitering, visible drug activity, fights, and even a strip club right next door. It was extremely uncomfortable to walk in and out of the hotel.
Inside, the experience was no better. There are no bellboys or assistance for luggage. The staff were unhelpful and seemed to lack basic knowledge when asked about anything. The rooms themselves were dark, poorly ventilated, and felt suffocating.
I dropped off my bags, left to eat, and when I returned later that evening, I felt so uncomfortable that I checked out at 10:00 PM the same day.
When traveling, most guests expect to step out of the hotel and feel comfortable exploring the city. Unfortunately, this property offers the opposite. For safety and comfort reasons, I would strongly advise against staying here.

location from airport is on taxi is 45 minutes costing me 125 euros. its stupid. but around places are strange, there was snow and city was filthy and seem was hotel for reasons. no lobby to sit any where.

This hotel needs facelift. Its clean of course but just look like old and tired. Main entrance outsides not clean and neighborhood a little bit criminally impressive.

The room was spacious and very clean. Nice bathroom. We were giving 3 waters when we checked in which was nice! The pool was a nice space but the water was a bit cool. We still had fun. The location is good just across from the train station and just a short walk to the Marienplatz. Very convenient. Close to attractions and restaurants.
If you wanted to use the spa or gym it was an extra $5 per person per use for each amenity.

Our room was very comfortable. The staff were excellent in the breakfast room and room service was prompt with requests for things such as harder pillows. They very kindly provided us with champagne at breakfast time to celebrate our friend's 70th birthday. The food for both breakfast and dinner was excellent.

Great buffet breakfast, nice stay for our family over Christmas. Great staff and quiet rooms even in the location in the middle of town.
Bed was not great, sagged in the middle, so my partner and I were rolling into each other.

Nice clean hotel, great facilities and lovely room.
Location outside is a bit rough. Great for S-Bahn access and close to Karlsplatz and old town Marienplatz. However, a lot of immigrants hanging around outside hotel which isn’t a good look.

The location is easy to find, a few meters away from the central train station.
On the upper floor, there is a small swimming pool.
The breakfast buffet was extensive. The staff was friendly.
The breakfast room is located in the souter rain, so it's dark inside and you don't have daylight. That's a pity in the morning.
