Really good location, close to the center. The room was amazing; beds were comfy, was really clean and overall enjoyable time. The room we booked had everything we needed and it was really nice.
Overall really good maybe breakfast could’ve been cheaper.

Everything. Fantastic breakfast, lovely helpful staff, comfy beds, great air con. Brilliant location just off the main street with easy access to trains buses and trams. Great having a swimming pool and gym on site. 10 min walk right to the centre of Munich.
The lap dancing club a few doors up seems to attract a few dodgy characters hanging around outside later at night but they didn’t bother us.

The location is fantastic (opposite the Munich train station); breakfast is ample, varied, generous.
Shower in my room did not work. Repair person showed up unbidden at 9:20 am, which means the hotel already knew that the shower in the room did not work, and still rented out the room. I was about to get ready for the day when the repair person showed up, and there was no time to fix the shower. So no shower. The compensation offered was an upgrade on my next stay at that particular hotel. Turned it down.

Very close to main train station so convenient. Nice pool, not big but refreshing and a bonus in a city centre hotel.
Just a shame we couldn't get interconnecting rooms when we booked, as with young children that would have been even better

Location to city centre was great! Beds and pillows were pretty good! If you go out from the hotel, go the back way and come back in the same way, then you will avoid the not so nice stuff out the front. The pool was ok.
The front entrance isn’t that particularly great with the people that just seem to hang about.
