I liked the breakfast, it was close to old town and the room was a decent size.
The bed is sinking, not comfortable, pillows too soft. We asked our friends in another room and also complained about the mattress. I think the hotel needs to buy new mattresses. The area of the hotel isn't so pleasant. there is lots of homeless and youth without a job standing in the street and drinking.

Location was good, room was nice, pool was relaxing
AC didn’t work well, didn’t like that you have to pay extra for robe and sauna, people at breakfast were rude and inconsistent. One day they ask you if you want coffee, the next day they do not. Need to rotate hot foods at breakfast.

Clean, comfortable, very good breakfast. There were good restaurants around. Pool was quiet. Direct access from car park to the hotel, close to a railway station.
Seemed to be in a bit of a rough area, the road the hotel is on is currently one way (Google Maps didn’t seem to know this), the car park is not obvious (at least in a right hand drive car - from the forecourt go through a passage to the left of the hotel and do an immediate U-turn to the left - in fairness it is obvious when you know), my wife felt the staff could have helped her with the bags rather than just watching (we had unloaded some cases while I parked the car).

The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety available. Great to have a pool there, which seemed cold st first, but was a lovely refreshing temperature. Very easy access for wheeling suitcases to and from the railway station.

Very clean room. Courteous staff.
Saw a change in the standard of the hotel as compared to other Maritim hotel. Breakfast wasn't worth for the value what they charged. They should have a cloak room. Luggages shall not be kept in open like as it is.

Air condition not on. Opened window to get the room colder, but lots of noise outside in the street most of the night.
