The rooms were spotlessly clean, beds comfortable and the bathroom clean and well appointed.
The hotel is well located, across the road from the train station.
Breakfast was excellent.
The neighbourhood it’s located in is not the best.

A fantastic discover for my family, literally 1 minute walk from Muenchen Central Station and subway.
Staff was helpful and always kind, always available for any question or request.
The room was very well cleaned, absolutely above average; we were travelling with our dog witch was allowed on hotel floors and room, and we've even been provided with welcome kit (snack, dog bed and bowl)
We had the pleasure to enjoy the breakfast, which is incredibly varied and rich; it is served for many hours, allowing you to either hop the city early in the morning or indulge in bed with no rush.
We also enjoyed the rooftop swimming pool and there's also a sauna, for the enthusiasts, both really a blessing soothe after a sightseeing day in the city.

Superb breakfast. Parking under the hotel is very spacious and has a comfortable ramp between levels. Rooms are very clean.
On the first evening of the stay it was cold in the room despite the fact that the heating was set to maximum. The radiator in the bedroom was not de-aerated and therefore not functioning all the night through. However, a very helpful night porter brought us additional blankets.
There is no water boiler despite the respective statement on booking.com. Only a coffee machine which delivered water with a destinctive smell and taste of coffee.
Pillows not quite comfortable. No alternatives available.

Nice clean hotel, great facilities and lovely room.
Location outside is a bit rough. Great for S-Bahn access and close to Karlsplatz and old town Marienplatz. However, a lot of immigrants hanging around outside hotel which isn’t a good look.

Dusting would be good! Bedside tables were covered in dust!

Near the main station, convenient
The ground floors are near to ledges which disallow us to open the windows big to allow the cold air in due to winter season as it may compromise safety. And the aircon in the room are deactivated which can made it stuffy at times. Else no major big issues

Great location with nice staff. The cleaning service is also good, and there is a vending machine in the lobby.
The breakfast is also good, but I don't think the price is reasonable. The building is divided into the main building and the annex, but it takes a longer time to enter the annex. The staff at the information desk kindly provided directions to the annex, but it was still hard to find it.

Clean, staff were very friendly, nice piano bar to have a few cocktails. Close proximity to the train station and a 15 minute walk to Marienplatz.

Room was good size for a weekend with heating in room.
Pillows in room were far too soft and when asked for more was handed one.
Vending machine in hotel was extortionate (5 euros for water) with no alternative or close by stores.
