Location was good, room was nice, pool was relaxing
AC didn’t work well, didn’t like that you have to pay extra for robe and sauna, people at breakfast were rude and inconsistent. One day they ask you if you want coffee, the next day they do not. Need to rotate hot foods at breakfast.

Clean, comfortable, very good breakfast. There were good restaurants around. Pool was quiet. Direct access from car park to the hotel, close to a railway station.
Seemed to be in a bit of a rough area, the road the hotel is on is currently one way (Google Maps didn’t seem to know this), the car park is not obvious (at least in a right hand drive car - from the forecourt go through a passage to the left of the hotel and do an immediate U-turn to the left - in fairness it is obvious when you know), my wife felt the staff could have helped her with the bags rather than just watching (we had unloaded some cases while I parked the car).

The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety available. Great to have a pool there, which seemed cold st first, but was a lovely refreshing temperature. Very easy access for wheeling suitcases to and from the railway station.

Very clean room. Courteous staff.
Saw a change in the standard of the hotel as compared to other Maritim hotel.
Breakfast wasn't worth for the value what they charged.
They should have a cloak room. Luggages shall not be kept in open like as it is.

For the high price paid and Web images, I expected the hotel to be a much higher standard.
Smelled like a nursing home.

Close to the train station. Not far from the center. Tasty breakfast with fresh fruits and Bircher muesli à la Maritim. Small pool.
In my opinion, breakfasts are a bit expensive, and it was hard to figure out the dinner at the buffet. In the evening, the hotel's surroundings are not very pleasant, probably due to the proximity of the hotel and various establishments in the area.

Everything. Conceirge, pool, breakfast, location, piano bar. It was great
I found one or two staff at reception to be rude at times. I had an issue where too much money was taken for the stay and it took a lot of coming and going to get the issue resolved and this was down to the shortness of 1 or 2 staff members

Good location when arriving by plane (taking the S Bahn from the airport to Hauptbahnof main station) or by train. Also a good base to travel around Munich by public transport. The hotel has a swimming pool with a view but alas the water was rather cold so it was just a quick dip
Despite the high room price they asked 2€ for storing luggage for a couple of hours. Also for using the gym as well as for the sauna they asked an additional 5€. Breakfast was quite extensive with a lot of tasty options but the fruit salad was rather cheapish with a lot of apple and hardly any pineapple, orange or grapes
