Everything. Conceirge, pool, breakfast, location, piano bar. It was great
I found one or two staff at reception to be rude at times. I had an issue where too much money was taken for the stay and it took a lot of coming and going to get the issue resolved and this was down to the shortness of 1 or 2 staff members

Good location when arriving by plane (taking the S Bahn from the airport to Hauptbahnof main station) or by train. Also a good base to travel around Munich by public transport. The hotel has a swimming pool with a view but alas the water was rather cold so it was just a quick dip
Despite the high room price they asked 2€ for storing luggage for a couple of hours. Also for using the gym as well as for the sauna they asked an additional 5€. Breakfast was quite extensive with a lot of tasty options but the fruit salad was rather cheapish with a lot of apple and hardly any pineapple, orange or grapes

The mattresses were comfortable and the staff were all very friendly
The pillows were very thin. The alley way to the hotel felt a little unsafe on Saturday with large groups of people on both sides of it. A child also went to the toilet in the middle of the lane.

Great location, comfortable bed (no kettle or iron though, apparently we needed to have booked a better room). Excellent staff, nice bar - one of the best negronis ever, ably mixed by Lisa.
Didn’t appreciate no iron or kettle. Also, the water pressure in the bathroom tap was so high it was difficult not to cover everything in water!

Was near to the train station and easily assessable. The staff were nice and helpful. The hotel room is clean and comfortable to stay.
The sound proofing is lacking a bit. Can hear people running and talking at the hallway.

The room was spacious (superior double). We were at the back so it was very quiet.
The street area is a bit seedy… but you are going to get that close to the railway station. The hotel is set back in a small courtyard area so it is slightly removed from the general street.

The hotel was very close to the central train station which was making movement around the city easier
The neighborhood is somewhat unsafe at night.
