The hotel was central with easy access to the train station a short walk away.
The rooms were big with everything you could need in them. Water was provided during check in and a fridge provided in the rooms. The rooms were warm with heating and air conditioning.

The facilities were lovely.
The location you need to be prepared for - it's a bit of a rough looking neighbourhood. The hotel is well hidden off the street but just be prepare currently around the nation isnt great - but is is being done up.

Rooms were clean and connected, which is very useful for us as a family of four traveling together. The size was good as well, not too small. The breakfast had great variety of options, even if a bit chaotic.
It's a hotel with hundreds of rooms, so even though the breakfast area is large, it can get a bit chaotic. Sometimes you need to wait a few minutes for a table. Food options ran out fast, but staff replenished them fast as well.

The location is very good and convenient.
There are no hotel amenities provided to me. Even the slippers, the hotel staff asked me to collect this at the front. I requested for a bathrobe. They said it is provided only to the guest who booked an expensive room type. If I need one, I need to pay 5 euro!!!! This is unacceptable to me.

It was convenient for the station and the pool and sauna area was very nice. The breakfast was ok- there were lots of options and the food was nice, just the environment was quite chaotic and you had to find some of your own cutlery etc!
The queen room felt quite small although it was clean and the bathroom was nice, it looked new. The local area isn’t the best, it is in a street with strip clubs and down a covered roadway with people hanging about in it who definitely weren’t staying at the hotel. It wasn’t really very relaxing as a place to be unfortunately.

Excellent value for money. Location is perfect, next to the central train station and just a walking distance from the old city with all the pubs, shops, markets. Very clean and just enough for a short trip.

A beautiful hotel - lovely rooms and very clean.
Staff were very friendly and welcoming and helped us with everything that we needed.
