Location was good. Within short walking distance from the train station.
Extremely sleazy place. There were many night clubs around and obvious drug peddling when I was there. I was staying for 4 nights but the staff mentioned that complimentary water is only applied PER CHECK IN. Meaning, whether you are staying 1 night or 100 nights, you are only entitled to 2 bottles of complimentary water. Staff told us to use tap water and drink. However, we realised that the water had sediments even though we washed the kettle many times. The sediments are HUGE!

Not too far from centre - restaurants and shops near by - area of town does look a little rough with construction going on at station and main road - adult establishments near by - close to bus station so great for excursions - always felt safe. Great swimming pool never busy and good opening hrs, easy to get to from room.

Excellent service at the piano bar. The staff at check in was helpful and polite.
Pool facilities are misrepresented in the description of the hotel. In reality the pool is quite small and not usable if there are 3 -4 people already inside. The mattresses were very uncomfortable. I was with my son who had breakfast for 24 euros and I was accompanying him and had a coffee. was asked to pay for the coffee.

I liked the breakfast, it was close to old town and the room was a decent size.
The bed is sinking, not comfortable, pillows too soft. We asked our friends in another room and also complained about the mattress. I think the hotel needs to buy new mattresses.
The area of the hotel isn't so pleasant. there is lots of homeless and youth without a job standing in the street and drinking.

Location was fantastic. Feet away from the HBF. Very good breakfast, very nice room and bed. Very good hotel if you are visiting Munich.
