Second stay here and once again very impressed. Staff here are so friendly and helpful. Delicious breakfast with a vast array of hot and cold options. Champagne also available! Nice room with comfortable bed and good water pressure in the shower. Perfect location close to the train station and just a short walk from the city centre.

Central location, large room, multiple metro connections, walking distance to city center, discount for parking, comfortable beds.
Surroundings apparently unsafe but I haven’t any incidents staying at the location, smells from the outside kitchen when the window is open.

Comfortable room. Plenty of space and nice and clean. Good to offer an eco friendly option to not have housekeeping if unnecessary. Lovely choice for breakfast.
The location was grim. Strip club 2 doors down. Really enclosed pedestrian walkway whilst road works were going on (not the hotel’s fault) and it felt unpleasant and uncomfortable. The staff were helpful but not overly enthusiastic or warm towards guests. I couldn’t find it so I called reception. The guy was completely unhelpful. Wouldn’t stay there again.

Spacious room for what it is worth. Decent value for money as we went for a non cancellation option. The facilities are a bit outdated but very functional for what you pay.
The street is a bit dodgy (homeless people, strip clubs, questionable casino (gangster type not for normal entertainment) and somehow feels unsafe but I understand this is a common issue in train stations in relatively big cities in Europe. But still quite concerning if you stay with kids. But this is nothing about the employees or hotel.

Great location and a very nice room. The air conditioning was quiet and worked well. Close to the train station, and it’s an easy walk into the city centre. Swimming pool was nice addition

Awesome location, walking distance to Marienplatz and Residence. Good connection to Ubahn, Sbahn and Tramway lines. Room was spacious, very comfortable. Awesome breakfast! Plenty of choices for any dietary needs and options. Friendly, helpful staff. PARKING! If you travel by car you park underneath hotel in underground parking with elevator to the lobby and you'll get some discount on parking fee as a hotel guest. German food and Italian restaurant within a minutes walking. Swimming pool /sauna. Hotel bar is offering great choices of drinks and some food (had really good hamburgers there several times). Really good hotel. If I were to go back to Munich, that would be a place where I will stay! Awesome!
There isn't anything to not to like about this hotel!
