Excellent hotel and excellent location. we booked a family suite and it was prefect. The two sperate bedroom's and lounge room between us. Pool was great and bar was nice for a nightcap and the breakfast was always busy but variety was amazing
On our last day the staff member at breakfast was so rude. Only meet him once on the Saturday and he was so rude to too many people

At night, the hotel surrounding are with locals or foreigners walking around the hotel, smells of heavy smoke.
Thoa hotel does not provide toothbrush or toothpaste.
Basic shower wash quality.
Breakfast can be creative. Interior looks dated...

Bad security who act like hard men and not professional who help you feel safe they have you feeling uncomfortable and accuse you of not staying in hotel while outside on phone rudely interrupted me

Well located and clean. It is near the station, and also easy to move around walking. Staff were very friendly and always available.
