It’s across the street from Hbf but kinda in Hof area so it was very calm! Many staff were nice. Rooms were also nice and clean! And having a swimming pool was actually our highlight of the stay <3
My husband was complaining about shitty air conditioning and the mattress was too soft even for me as a woman. It felt like it’s an old mattress.

Great location, very clean, lovely breakfast where Bedia was very attentive with drinks and made special efforts herself to enquire if the children wanted anything. Pool area looked good. Would stay there again.

Good walkable location for visiting Munich and great public transport available nearby. Excellent breakfast and friendly staff.
Air conditioning in our room didn't work so was difficult to sleep in the heat.

Cleaning service was not good at all. We had to ask for it. Even though the cleaning staff were present when we left the first day and we informed them we would like the room cleaned it was not cleaned upon our return. The next day we complained about the day before,so the cleaning service was “done” but the toilets were not even touched the toilet sink was left as it is
The mug we had tea in was left unclean, floors were not even swept and so we decided to put up the “do not disturb” signs for the rest of our stay !

Great location, just across the Central Train station. This helps getting around very convenient whether it is within the city or to other cities in Europe. Walking distance to the city center is a plus point.

The property was initially in a good location
What I did not like about the property was that the air-conditioning was not working they were not able to provide us with fans. You could not breathe in the rooms. We had to leave the hotel because I was travelling with an elderly gentleman and woman that could not stay in that environment, where you could not even breathe they would do nothing to get us fans or make it tolerable so we had to book another hotel in the area to accommodate us. They refuse to refund us for the complete four nights have they been reasonable and said while you came today and we have to charge you for one night I would not be as frustrated, angry, and upset however since they are trying to charge us $1600 for us not even using their facilities they are scammers as far as I’m concerned.
