We were satisfied with what we have experienced: easy parking on site, walking distance - 15-20 minutes to Marienplatz, coffee machine in the room, comfortable beds, quick check in.

It was very warm. We could keep the windows open, but terrible street noise all night. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Location was great.

The room was well designed to maximize space. The scent was really nice, and that makes a big difference in how you feel about a room. It automatically felt more luxurious. There was also a minibar.
Parking was awkward and a bit of a challenge even though our car was small. It was unclear where to go and the cost was listed differently in different places. The star was a little brusque.

Temperature control in room - it was too warm and the thermostat did not regulate properly. Had to sleep with the window open each night which was not ideal (after raising the concern twice to staff.)

Excellent location being close to the main station and city centre. Great facilities & wonderful helpful staff.
The room was warmer than I'd have liked at night & I couldn't work out whether the air controls (air-con?) were working or not.

Location
The stuff were very aggressive and rude. The room was so dirty and dusty. The bed sheets were dirty and the floor wasn’t clean. The equipment like cups and coffee machine was unclean as well. They refused to let the housekeeper to clean the room and they just changed the bed sheets with other dirty sheets. I don’t recommend this hotel for any one looking for clean staying room at all.
