New stylish hotel, unique place in the city centre with easy access to most sightseeings in Munich. The room was very spacious, really clean and fresh. Wish we could stay longer, and will get there next time in Munich.

We booked our two rooms for the Location, the Platform and the facilities - the Location is brilliant, the breakfast room is beautiful, some other things did Not work so well
We found the rooms to be on the small side , the room cleaning was a bit erratic, we were in the second floor and one room was a bit dark - we stayed for 6 nights and felt we could have received better rooms, the platform was booked by private parties for most of our stay. On one occasion we tried to phone the hotel and were kept waiting until we gave up, the air conditioning broke down in one of the rooms on our last day, no compensation was offered (Note that Munich was experiencing a heat wave)

Central location.
Aircon was barely working. Room was close to 30C. Reported it immediately and response was we will ask technician to look. Then fan put outside door!! Was later told it’s a problem for whole hotel. Staff attitude generally rude, arrogant and dismissive. No service approach. Breakfast buffet poor as was coffee.
