Beautiful design, aesthetics and feel, stunning rooms with comfortable and world-class amenities, and the best location. This is my new favourite hotel in Munich.
The staff at the roof top bar could have been warmer/friendlier.

Breakfast was expensive…€39 for a bowl of granola and yogurt! Coffee in room however no milk/cream. Location was close to Marienplatz …. Very busy and noisy. The staff were friendly and helpful

Beautiful property in the heart of the city and a short taxi ride to the train station. Extremely safe with very spacious rooms and very tasteful modern accommodations.
Like most places, the air conditioner did not get as cold as we would like, but it was fine

We are big fans of Four Seasons hotels because of the excellent service. Louis Hotel has service on par with Four Seasons. The kitchen and bar wait staff was incredibly attentive and friendly. The same can be said for the front desk staff. The food was also excellent. This hotel is special. We would go back again and again.

Right in heart of best part of city. Beautiful place. Spacious and very nice ! Would definately return. I actually had to change plans beyond refundable date and they generously let me cancel a different date and removed the cancellation fee.

Nice room
Air conditioning was broken (during a heatwave!), staff did not make any attempts to help the situation, other guests were given fans but I was not, staff were rude. Restaurant was closed and could not be used by guests but no advanced warning was given. Overall very disappointing experience and terrible value for money.
