Our stay at Leonardo Royal Munich was overall very pleasant. The hotel’s location, modern design, and general comfort were excellent.
However, I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the bathroom. The grout inside the shower cabin was noticeably darkened, which created a negative impression in terms of hygiene. For a hotel of this standard, I would expect more attention to such details. Aside from this issue, we were satisfied with our overall experience.

not enough parking over weekend . if you go out with your car, most likley you won't find a free parking spot when you come back. the alternative outside of the hotel are too far.
