Rooms are comfortable.
The staff was not so sensitive for the mess in public areas of the hotel. Food/drink leftover on ground of the elevator was not tidied up for a very long time.

Safe location next to Olympic Park. Comfortable beds. Sauna and fitness center. Nice staff. Swanky design. A/C in rooms. Free water and snacks downstairs.
A little far from Marianplatz. In-room coffee could be better.

The room was very small. The bed was queen size, seemed like they Had joined 2 twin beds. The pillows Were huge & uncomfortable. The front desk staff Was not nice at all. Good, we had booked for only 2 nights.

Large, secure parking area.
The bar is expensive for drinks. Also, based on a previous visit but on the executive floor, I did not seen any difference in the non-executive room on this visit versus the executive room from my previous visit. I would/will visit again but on the non-executive floor.

Hotel promises wifi in all locations. That is a lie. To access wifi, we had to sit at reception. Not available in our rooms at all. At checkout I was promise sed 100 euro would be returned immediately to my account. Also a lie. Euro taken out immediately at check in but a day later and no euro in my account. They make promises they don't keep.

BREAKFAST AND STAFF.
Like many German Hotels, they don't have adequate A/C which required the windows to be opened but that let the street noise in which was significant. Also, the glass sliding door on the bathroom was not good, especially when guests present.

On the surface it looks like a good hotel, however its not. The room was filthy when we arrived, the bathroom had feces in the toilet and the shower and sink were not clean with remnants of the prior guests. We asked for it to cleaned and the it was not. The pillows were basically a pillow case with other sheets stuffed inside. When I asked about this the reply was thats German pillows. Weve stayed at Leonardo properties before but will not in the future. Really awful.

Amazing stay near BMW World and Museum also next to the 1972 Olympic Village. Opposite the hotel is P&R for 1,50 a day or you could use the hotel garage for 19 per a day, Beer in the hotel bar for 5.50. Fantastic breakfast for 25 kids eat for free. Strongly recommend to anyone!
