Very Good
Although the hotel is far from center, it is located in a very livable neighborhood with few steps from pharmacy DM, supermarket Lidl, and Halal Shawarma restaurant (Habib)
The staff were amazing and helpful. It has its own parking, though cost eur 20 per night.
Everyday, a complementary battle of Water is made available, something that you cannot find it everywhere in Europe ?.
The breakfast was decent with a wide range of selections, fresh croissants, breads, cheese and jam, juices, cakes, eggs, cereals, and others…. Not to forget the Coffee machines ?
The location is also good if you are intending to stay in Munich and commute to Austria ??
The parking was relatively expensive Eur 20.
Currently there road works are going on which makes it difficult to reach. But not a big issue with Google Maps

Wonderful
Great location in good proximity to restaurants and Supermarkets. Staff very friendly and gave us excellent welcoming. Rooms very clean and equipped with all essential items. Restaurant very spacious and breakfast excellent will many options.
Parking though very convenient underneath the hotel but not free must pay 18 Euros.

The room was clean and included a refrigerator and AC. Small, but comfortable. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Paulaner beer garden and grocery store within walking distance.

The hotel is great, but just the bed that should be a queen or king were two beds together instead, and for couple in honey moon does not work that much.

The breakfast is very basic. There is a lot of bacon, but not many options for guests who don't eat pork.
You have to pay for parking, which costs €18 per day. The hotel is clean, but the rooms feel more like those of a 3-star hotel. The staff are rather rigid and not very welcoming. They seem to care only about charging for parking and processing your check-out.

The breakfast wasn't good at all. Very dry bread, eggs didn't seem like actual eggs and overall definitely not worth the price.

The room was modern, very clean, and comfortable. The breakfast was very good. It is a 12-minute walk from the U3 station. The bathroom was clean and adequately sized for taking a shower.
There were no plastic bags in the trash bins. There was no electric kettle in the room, although some hotels usually provide one. It would have been nice if a complimentary bottle of water had been offered. There were no plastic covers in the toilet. It would also have been better if the TV had been connected to the internet.

Comfortable beds, big room, good bathroom, uwith a scooter very close to s bahn and metro, seemed like a safe neighborhood and nice cafe + lidl + bakery across the street
I didnt like that i had a room connected with another room and no visible way to lock the door, though im sure it was locked of course
