Cleanliness of the walls. During my stay, I noticed some spots of dirt on the walls in my room. I understand that maintaining a spotless environment can be challenging, but I believe this is an important aspect of guest satisfaction.

The hotel room is small but cozy, clean and comfortable beds. Parking nearby for free was not a problem. Staff was very helpful. Coffee maker with capsules for free available.
The obligatory deposit $50 is still a mystery to me (why?) but was refunded quickly so not a problem.

Its a wonderful property with clean and spacious rooms and staff is so helping. I would recommend all the staff but would like to specially mention for Suresh whom we met at reception and he was very helpful and informative for us. Would love to come back very often. Regards Pratima Pathak

the cleaner didn't clean the bathroom for many timesthey only change the towelleave the bin full and didn' t change the empty tissue box for many times, even on our first day. The key card is so terrible, I kept it away from all my electronic devices, still it is not working every evening, and the staff had to rewrite the card

- 50 Euro deposit needed on top of fees when checking in pay able with credit card. First time ever in a hotel. - Nothing in the Mini Bar - Air Con did not seem to work proper at night
