Clean, well furnished and quite room. The personal is friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good.
The details from booking.com presented parking as an included facility offered for free to hotel guests, but it isn't.

Quiet, clean room, comfortable bed, good breakfast, great shower and polite staff. The hotel did an excellent job of catering for a two-day meeting of around 40 participants.
Room is an example of design over functionality: insufficient lighting despite about 8 lights, have to take your book to a light rather than just reading where you are. Desk chair is pretty but not nice to sit on - but the room has plenty of cushions to compensate for poor usability of objects. Location, if you need to be in this part of town, then hotel is perfect for you, otherwise its a 30 minute ride to reach central Munich.

The staff are super good people and so helpful. I liked the ambience, and the room is good. It's a well-maintained and clean hotel.
I think atleast a hot kettle in the room should be available. Parking floor was not easy to navigate to the hotel. Adding some direction signs would have been helpful.

I stayed several times in this hotel already and I think it is great value. There is parking place, bus stop is just in front of the hotel. With bus and U- bahn you are in the city center in 30 minutes. There are different grocery stors very close. Hotel is clean, well isolated so there is no noise, stuff is very kind. I will deffinitely come again.
I find it dark in the room at night as there is no ceiling light.
