The check-in was easy, the location is great as the tram is only few meters away from the hotel. Even though it's located in the main street, you cannot hear much noise from outside. Breakfast buffet had a variety of food to choose from. Overall really pleasant and comfortable stay.

Proximity to the tram stops that gets you into town. Spacious room and nice inclusion of the fridge.
They have a pest problem in the bathroom (at least for my room it was). There are these moth flies that kept coming out from the drain. I tried reporting to the hotel staff and he tried to blew me off with a silly story, saying that “they are tiny butterflies that flew in from the outside, that they hide indoors during this time of the year”

Everything, from the nice sweet lady at the reception to the clean rooms. I have stayed at Leonardo hotel in Austria once and in Berlin twice and I was never disappointed.

The hotel was well situated with a 10 minute tram ride to the City Centre. 24 hour front desk and rooms very clean with very nice amenities. Hotel staff very helpful.
Whilst we appreciate that we visited during the Oktoberfest the room price still seemed excessive given the relative prices of accommodation we had paid for equitable or more luxurious accommodation in Slovenia, Bosnia, Montenegro and Croatia.
